How do i get my new laptop to log on to internet explorer?

My laptop says that I am connected to my wireless router but whenever I try to log on to the internet it says page not found.

please help me.

If you are using your laptop to connect to the internet from your wireless router and the page is not found that means you haven't set your WEP keys on your laptop. Each router has their own WEP key (for security) and for you to set up so that a hacker can't hack into your network.

You need to manual store your WEP key and save it onto your laptop and when you do this, your laptop will recognize your wireless router signal information and then you can use the internet.
