i am using a isp broadband my speed is lower limit is 9 kb at night its usally 50 kb
in peak our its 9 kb and upload is about 25 kb

offpeak our i use for download and in peak our whn the download speed is slow i use for upload

i asked my isp about this he told me most garments upload at night so it decreases and
