I really didn't c dot.care working in rums...but i saw snaps of him:),so impressive:x,but speed is n0t everything...some other admins are slow compared with "dot.care" or "tareq" 4 example...But there prescence is effective like "cristin" or "stimmy",whatever dot.care keep going bro,u r the multi-kicking killer:d:d

admins are not ONLY about kicking.
they use kicking as a last resort after many other attempts to bring peace to a room.. personally i dont approve of creating or promoting competition amongst the admins.. they're a team.. that should work together ..
but for those that are going the extra mile.. good on you

they should be ONLY abt kicking...
some admins wud just go on and on with their sermons while kicking, abusing, flooding is going on... and we just pray that that admin wud just finish wat he/she's saying and KICK THE OFFENDER finally ... most offenders leave the rum wen admin is churning out these gems of words and come back to plague the rum again..
all users are grown ups and they know wat they are doing...
we all are familiar with nice phrases like 'plz be nice', 'dont flood plz', 'remove ur ids plz'... we can paste them ourselves...

anthro you normally chat in the pakistani chat rooms where almost all the users thrive and enjoy abusing and kicking..
in the s.a rooms i visit.. once you ask some one to stop abusing generally they DO STOP.. what's the need to kick a user out if he/she is co-operating???
we are not running a school , where every student needs to sit up straight or be in a single file..or raise their hand when they wanna say something.. admins are just to exercise some control .. offcourse multi kicking and continuous flooding are the extreme cases when the admin just comes into action without warning...
no sense us exercising authority in an extreme way.. cause that'll just build up more rebels...

but ppl admins are not counted for kickin they are for the peace and harmony of chat rums. so their kicking is not important. all admins are fast gud and wants our betterment...., stimulus is right

i think we better let them focus on their job rather than doing comparison....they are assigned to keep the peace in the chat rooms,not for competing with one another
