Useless admins

Hi what about those admins who have become useless. If an admin is not available(online) for a longer period of time then he is useless and there is no point encouraging them by not demoting. I wil tell you who are useless admins. They are vish203, vampzz, king_t0_rule, enstine and muneez04
i havent seen them working for quite a long time and still they havent been demoted. Just tell whats the use of having inactive admins. Migteam must remove inactive admins and recruit new admins. Whats ur say?

Uhm i think demoting in active admin's would be a bit " harsh " rather to incourage them and remind them why they have been appointed as administrator ...if they continue maybe demoting would be an option , but that is not my choice to make . I do think that if admin's arent available it is questionable to y they still have that yellow colour , if u'r not helping the public then y remain with the power 2 if sum1 else could then again , i'v got no say in this

havent seen one in pakistani room for a while...may be my timing, as princess pointed out, is to be blamed....

wowowowo....hey take it easy my brother truth,why r u so agressive to those admins!!!,dnt blame any admin,they just can be invisible to u,perhaps they work in times that u r offline nd perhaps they have any pressures or other responsabilities...they can n0t be dem0ted in that just easy way,Coz they r g00d users,better than u nd me so they became admins nd just trust that s0meday when u bec0me like them u will remember my words...thanks 4 sharing
