ya mig kanchi bro thats true but i think every user have his/her personal job or dream but you already know that we got 25 new admin and now we have 54 admin in mig so add them all before add must permesion from them and hope they all help you like camhe,vinay,dreamboy69 those admin always online so add them and all always ready for help every user and about resign when a admin feel he/she have not much time for help user or come in mig once time per week that batter to resign and give a chance to another who abele to do this job well

on this statement i would like to say ...I dont think its necessary to ask permission from admini to add them ..since its not their choice to help..it is their duty ...even if they have personal envy agianst u,....adminis are supposed to help and it is their duty to stay close to all chatterz....and for the adminis who block chatterz ,they r irresponsible and r not suitable for this post ....

as a conclusion adminis should stop blocking chatterz without reason

Disagreed. How can admins be sure that the person sending an "add request" is not a slanger/pvt flooder/ dc coder? AGAIN, doesn't adding an admin without permission prove that you have no respect or whatsoever to the admins? Is it that hard to be polite enough to take the permission before adding beforehand?

True, it is the duty of admins to help them. But it is also true that they have every right to protect themselves from slangs.

the raised points of slangerz and abuserz are illogical and do not bring sense..

if that was the case then admini should neva add any1....since they would have the fear to add slangerz and abuserz...coz not all userz are know by an admini....


as a protective way, adminis can always block slangerz and abuserz...therz no need to accuse any1 b4 he/she did not abuse u

How will you know that the person sending an add request to you is not an abuser?

Just be polite before adding, and then they will know for sure that you can be trusted.

"May i add you?"

And if you say that admins should add first and then block if the user starts abusing, the admins will probably get DC in case that abuser is little skilled :

well.mango has clearly mentioned that mig33 dont care About the admins. even with their private life, they cant be in the mig33 forever.

Well,almost everyone want to be admins. Why? Because they are fascinated by the banning power, kicking power, and the popularity of the admins.
BUT..

Adminship is about responsibility, not the power. Being an admin means you are making a vow to take that responsibility. Noone will make you do it.
That's where the problem is. After becoming admin, many realize that they are not upto the task, thus resulting to perform in a very badly way.

Again, mig33 is addictive, very much addictive.All the users are very much alive. And It sometimes ruin your personal life. Admins sometimes fail to balance that.
multis keep comin with updated softwares and thnngezz.... so admins are getting helpless too .

So, they resign, or gets demoted...
