This answer is directed at sajith's question no he may not because in the qualifications you need to be eligible to be an admin it is compulsory to have atleast have 6 months experience in mig33. The reason for this is because the older the user the more he knows about mig33. Including its inn's and out's. Hope it answers your question

I telling now my this ID is new. because. my old ID kicked from another admin without reason. I think mistake kicked. but, I didn't know what I do that time...
then I created a new ID. then my ID only, not old 6 months.

what u need to do is apply with the same id and when u r selected request that new id to be the main admini id...

if a person had a bad record in the past ....can he/she be forgiven???....what if he has already rectified him self ???? can that record be cleared by an admini recomendation or justification by the admini that this person has change???

please explain

then we can't be certain that you never got your adminship because of 'recommendation'. We can't be sure. Secondly, if its before, tell me, isn't that the start?

bro we are standing in one place here, no progressing any further. You basically agreed with what i said or with wat the point of my phrase was, that "u(admins) do the recommending, and then the rest is up to the mig team" that meaning "no effort" from the person you are recommending. The only time whereby that individual shows effort is when he/she's about to be interviewed. He/she never did all the effort did or done by a normal user, i.e Mailing every week etc...(as also testified by stimy's post about Foxyv)
Thing with you is that when you quote me, you always quote only the bits you are able to answer and break my text therefore also making it possible to understand what i meant thus sometimes i also end up quoting myself too just to clear somethings. That phrase of my post is all based on what Stimy said.

what i dont get is why do users question the admins on matters they don't even have control off???
recently there was a user who got banned for daringly airing her views about the mig team and personally i am very angry and dissapointed at that.. but is it fair to ask me or any other admin WHY she got banned and who banned her????

in the same regard is it fair to question the admins as to how mig team chooses them???

Guess things will always be like this...I'm asking questions seeing as Mango was the only admin who had guts to reply to them unlike some cowards. He became honest and showed what good characters he had by responding when users were in need of help and thats the behaviour he carries on chatrooms hence he's one of the best. I have nothing against admins nor Mango, infact he's the first admin true friend i ever had. Forums are just debate, what we(or should i base it on myself and say i ) reply here on the forum is not how i feel about the person, infact i have the absolute utmost respect for anyone i reply against on forums, just by the mere fact that they were honest enough to reply and cast their views means something. Now to answer your questions:

maybe its because you admins are the only closest link we(users) have to the mig team. They(the mig team) don't do forums or care about what our needs are or what we wanna know.
