i think atleast 1 year ... but mig33 team cant stop anyone from leaving it as admins are from all over the world ... so it totally depends on the admins whenever they feel like quiting and afterall its theri personal life and everybody have their own life and they can quit at anytime ... alll we can do is wish them luck and hope for the best for upcoming admins .. i know we will never be able to get goood admins like mango and few other ... Neutral

i think that must be decided by the admin or the mig33 team.
so voted for until demotion/ resigning.

i think they should be stay in admin post till they deserve the post...

if less than a year or a limited period..

well.. Me too think they should hold the post forever. Admin can never do chat in mig33 peacefully after resigne. Abusers will start abusing him from the moment he lost his power.

as mig population grows so will the admin rate..
any body ( not just admins ) need to prepare themselves mentaly in order to leave ( resign) or be demoted, in cases where it is a consequence of breaking the rules...
if its like a one year contract and it exspires then we will not be able to chat as a normal chatters again because we would then have to face abuse and being kicked and the whole revenge senario... Neutral
