use the forget details option you will get you password back in a minute. don't tell now that you don't know the way. why making valueless topics in forum!

sent a mail with your mobile number to mig.

ask then what is the mobile number and, you should tell to them, your some account history and mig history since your hacked day.

i think they will give your password again to your mail.

i was hacked too once and 35aud was stolen Neutral
i was just gud luck tat he didnt change password...
i contacted mig33 staff but the response was not favourable...
them sed password is user responsibilty pale

i think mig33 should try improving their security database...


as for ropoom im extremely sorry brow i know how u feel pale

Ropoom, there can be another way of getting your id back.

Send mail to mig33, informing about,

1. your username

2. your old password,

3. When it was hacked

4. And most importantly, your password used in msn/yahoo/some other IMs.

Then request them to register your old id in your new number that you possess currently.

I think if you can do it correctly, then mig33 will send you an sms to your new number, thus registering your old id in new number.

However, your credit is lost forever :cgrt:
