its not about culture or language guys.. what we need here is more admins who can stop multi kickers, slangers & abusers.we need more admins.i dont think we should take countries into consideration for that..

unquestionably we need admin for each n every country.

but there are some countries who dont have that much users. I support to have admin from each n every country where about there are lot of chat rooms n users.

I tink candidates got to have priority who are multi lingual as they can moderate overseas countries as well. i dont support each admin should only stick to his/her country's rooms. admins suppose to moderate any room anytime. otherwise it could cause Racial discrimination wich are not expected.

eventually i wana state each n every country who got lot of mig33 users are required to have their own representetive admin. but they have to have the power n access in any room any time. its for convenience n flexibillity of users. cuz most often u cant get ur country's admin online.

Mig33 Team also know that Mig33 need Admin from each country where people use mig33. In south Africa mxit is very popular. Most people here have mxit account. Mig33 is now most popular here in South Africa region. Because Mig33 is now offering new features. So Popularity is growing rapidly and tremendously.

If all Mig33 current Admins request Mig33 about more Admin recruiting, Then Mig33 Team may start recruiting more Admins from from each county..

I think they already realize this need. But I am confused why they are not recruiting more Admins. I also found another thing which surprised me more that they most time discourage users to apply for Admin position!!!! If anyone send email from mig33 website all the time they will get same message from them. But If anyone email Mig33 Team from their own email account they can get different emails from Mig33 Team.

multi kickers , slangers n abusers dont need any language.. all they know is to kick and abuse.. definitely every country needs an admin but i dont think its a good idea that admin has to from that country..

Yes i am also agree.. We need more admin from each country.. There is only admin can speak arabic language.. And saudi arabia dubai-uae oman room have lot of multi kicker and abuser. I think mig33 team should recruite admin from arab country

as long as mig has kick option, the kick will be always there. mig made rule to cut credit from account for every kick. even that didnt stoped kicking... but surly reduced... in this metter, i think admins cant stop kick too but they can reduce some. but we need more admin because os slanger in rooms. and also admin for each country is necessary because an admin from a country cant understand language of another country... so it is not possible for a admin fo find a slanger of another country

we definitely do need more admins.. 23 admins in no way can handle thousands of users..

I DON'T AGREE...WE CAN HAVE SOME ADMINS BUT THE MOMENT EACH COUNTRY HAS AN ADMIN OR TWO THE SITUATION WILL GET WORSE e.g. A room with plus/minus 5 ppl will need an admin? That is nonsense coz these admins will get bored and eventually start kicking with no reason. My country needs an admin. Reason? 7 rooms are always active and full, non stop kicking and flooding. Guys lets use a bit of common sense here!
