recommendation!

hi everyone
i have a question here
i have heard dat most of the newly selected admins are close ones to the old ones
so are the admins allowed to recommend a hard working dedicated user?
and if they do recommend will their recommendation get a user selected for adminship ?!
please share ur information as i am very curious about it

well luv,admin recommendation playing an important role in the recent past...but it does not mean you will be selected straight away if you get recommendation...lets not forget you gotta face interview...if its convincing then you may become admin

Ya agree with you miss princess becase just mig33 team select admin and if other admin support his/her its just adventage for her/his.But i hare only mig staff choose admin to check user chat history

but isnt it unfair that only those guys r interviewed who are recomended by admin(means only close ones). dont u think there should be a proper way of apppointing an admin.. maybe something like "how much time a user spends on mig" or "how much time has he or she been using mig"..

well...admins just recommend but it depends on mig33 team...i think they are wise enough to select the right person at the right time

However...lets not everyone faces interview,which means you gotta do well there to be an admin...if the interview is not that convincing then how come you will be an admin??

Moreover...you gotta have a clean chat history

I am in total agreement with you bro ...coz allot of good and fair mig33 chatsterz are unknown to the admini....
this brings some sort of favouratism for those people who are close to the admini.....especially friends of adminis

perfectly said bro, however when it comes to what should be done on mig or how it should be done, our opinions don't matter to them.

yeah they are that wise, selecting friends and merchants, and thats really fair, isn't it ?
Recently a friend of mine told me about her interests to be admin, i refered her on mig long time ago and i know her history, but regardless of that i told her that she should just keep dreaming about it because its a closed selection which means only a certain ppl are considered and most of all she's an unknown and subscribes to no forum so her chances are slim even though she qualifies according to the mig team's fake requirements. However i didn't want to sound negative seeing as i'm not interested in being an admin instead i encouraged her to apply and spam the mig inbox(cause thats what applicants are doing, its a waste of their time)...
Wat i mean to tell you by that is that there are lot of users like that on mig, and some of them are and would do better than the current admins we have, however things are so biased so they stand no chance.

The only requirements on mig in order for a person to be admin are:-
- suck up to them, and their admins, never disagree wit anything they say
- be-friend an admin or any mig staff
- subscribe to any forum and always defend the mig team and admins
- be a merchant

with those above, then you are certain to be an admin even with your previous multi kickin record or flooding skills and you needn't even apply, your admin friends will do it for u.

i know one user she aspired to become a room moderator also. i must say all qualifications is with her a good user and very active woman. she is a merchant and well known of mig33 team as well. she is quite professional person but he failed in interview. she interviewed twice but still she's unlucky. so i think not all applicant with reccommendation or a friend of admin whatever you call it, is not lucky and accepted as room moderator.

that myt be so, but it still doesn't justify their unfair and biased way of conducting the admin selection.

Hey those who are recommended are users in chatrooms that admins have kept an eye on in chatrooms. For example stimy posted once that she recommended foxyv by jst seeing her behaviour in the chatrooms. There are those admins who where selected frm sending emails. Guys good and trusted users of Mig33 are selected as admins. Recommendation is not a big part in admin selection

well said cristin but how can they even watch a user if they dont know which room do they usually chat in ?!

Admins recommend their friends not an unknown innocent user. Why would you recommend someone whom u just see chatting on a room and u don't even know nothing about, all you see is his/her behaviour in a chatroom(which ofcoz myt be false). Would you recommend me for an admin selection just by seeing my posts here, whereas we not even friends and you know nothing about me except this behaviour i put here on the forum? Huh? I thought so too. So please come up wit something better, we not that stupid.

and thats according to you...Lots of dark horses have been selected as admins regardless of their past, they were selected just because they had the right friends.
