Admin@riz has been demoted

Admin can still be what or whom he/she is, and admin will not go and chat in a room where they can't relate.As i have known "Help" and "SOS" are being used if you need help of admin. I think that would be enough to call their attention..Im just trying to avoid and solve the major problem when it comes to admins safety...Admin has a major responsibility by doing their tasks and it is not acceptable if you will be trapped with slangers.Thats only my opinion...

but WHAT is the reason to hide nationality

my darling...to avoid many followers from your own country, if they recognize you your friend will recommend you to their friends, and then invites another friends same with...they can create more invites with enemies,people who are against you even they came from your own country they can still treat you as enemy if you refuse them...thats my point of view...

pc-gan is not seen in this forum these days. may be shez so busy. if any one get her online do let know to visit our forum as i cant log in mig regular n the time she use to come over online unfortunately i hang about my uni that time.

last time when i had chat wid her she told me another reason behind my demotion is

" i was moderating room n having some bullet kickers to kick out same time i was having some pvt chat. one of ma close friends was in my pvt as well to who i need to talk on a important issue. so i told him not to leave widout saying me bye. might be she was having connection error."

so this was an offence. dat request was an offence where i told " dont leave widout saying me bye" mig33 team considered it as an arrogance. but i was never been arrogant so am i. they misconcieved me unfortunately.

but i apologize to pc gan mam. and she jus told to concentrate on my exam.

and lately i havent had any chat wid her yet.

often my pvt uzd to get so busy and i couldnt be able to answer every one as at the same time i had to moderate room. but i always try to reply my pvt. i tink user cant consider me arrogant.

I know everyone is wondering what is going on. My bad.

Well, there was a couple of messages which I have read on the chat history that we have pulled out from riz. There were arrogance in the chat messages which I do not like.

Admins are like police or Robin Hood. They need to help users as much as they can.

It is not only based on screen shots. We did go through the chat history which is why we acted on it.

We get admins from around the world to help moderate chatrooms. If there are 11 languages in SA, we will get admins to see if they can speak majority of the language. We will do as much as we can...

i dont think language is any barrier pc-gan mam.. what we r talking here is about keeping multi kickers,slangers & abusers away.In india i think each state has its own language. does that mean u will appoint a moderator for every state.obviously that will b ridiculus..

I don't get you... I did mention that we will get user who knows majority of the language. This will take care of the slangers.

As for flooders, we can get any admins to remove them.

Hence I am looking for admins.

Pc-gan mam. In that case have you taken a look at malvada? 5 languages thats pretty imppresive if i should say so myself
