today i have got a clue wich get me to be demoted.

I heard pc mam told some users dat i abuse in pvt chat n dats da reasond behind of ma demotion.

well earlier an user reion4u informed me some one made an edited snap dat i was swearing anika who r the member of mig forum at pvt.

but i am jus stuck how pc mam believed it n just demoted me by basis on a edited snap.

my standpoint is i never abuse anyone in my pvt during having my adminship. furthermore i dont know even the id of this user anika who swore me at mig bd forum.

I ud love to request pc mam plz investigate n search the log about dat snapshot n false complaint.

yah madam pc gan pls give mr.riz the benefit of the doubt...everybody deserve to be treated fair and justful.mr.riz exert a lot of effort to maintain peace in mig...proper investigation must be served to know who really deserves the punishment.continue your good job mr.riz,we're behind you.

please take the initiative to mail mig33 in suport of our site admin..
mind you i dont mean jump down their throats about why he got demoted.. even though thats not such a bad idea
but like abusers are mailing against him..
WE his friends and well wishers should atleast show that we are concerned with the loss of a very deserving and determined admin.. by mailing a request for his re instatement or some valid point for his demotion.

I already send an email to mig33 Team, i hope they will give preferential attention regarding this. I've also send them my suggestion for the admins identity. Its better to hide all admins real identity and provide them an id only Mig33 Team can recognize to avoid majority of followers and critics. What i mean don't spread where they came from and what nationality they belongs to.And for the admin they should comply not to give their real identity and failure to do so will become one reason of their demotion..That's only my suggestion for admins safety...

each country needs their respective admins or atleast the admin should be able to understand and converse in the respective language...
if you hide where the admin is coming from then how will users know which admin to call upon if the user needs help in a room that holds mainly one type of language..???

SA has 11 official languages.. 2 of which are quite dominant on mig33 afrikaans and even zulu..
will a user call upon an indian or pakistani admin for assistance if he/she is being abused in afrikaans???
its important to know where the admins come from.. it also promotes a sense of relativity..

aside from that.. protect admin from what??
being abused???
even if admin nationality is confidential the admin will still be insulted, abused and ridiculed...

whats the reason behind hiding admins nationality????
