The way to speed up when downloading contact list..

I think when we loading contact list is very slow.. I have one trick to make is fast.. when downloading contact list between 2-3 second press 2 key in your mobile phone.. It will work fast.. :-)

this is not a trick
If we press the 2 key, we can watch downloading contact list fast. but not downloading. it is but we can look like fast downloading.

look if it download slowly you just prees it one time.. not press again..

:P use 9119 port or some other gateways if you wanna. it will be even faster.

ya port 9119 is fast... but what about any other port???

sajith is right.it will just show u the downloadin bar moving fast but that dsnt mean its really downloading fast. it takes its own time. depends on how fast ur connection is

yeh romz i have also experienced the same just the bars move fast, but i also tried to change the gateway settings but not helpful. I heard that the longer the contactlist the more tym it takes to load. Hope this is not true

it is true... longer contact id list means, more contacts to load...
