password limit changed

now users can use only 60 digit password. I Don't know why mig33 change the password limit. It was 128 digit.

my password is 100+ digits Shocked .. i think the character limit would only apply to the new users registering.. or users registering new ids...

yes stimulus.. If you try to change your password now.. you can't use more than 60 character and many old user still have special character in their password.
