About useless and abusing chat room

In mig33,here is so many chat room which r remain useless from the begging of creating.Here is also Some rooms,which was popular in past,but now become totally useless....
On the other hand some rooms r only created 4 abusing some one,not 4 use. example:in mig33,if u search room for name with admin 'tareq263',u will be found some rooms on them few r created for abusing tareq263,nothing 4 else.

i think here is no need to remain thus kind of chat room in server.So i suggest mig33 provide a system like
'A ROOM WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY VANISH FROM THE SERVER IF MAXIMUM 2 ID DONT ENTERS THIS ROOM FOR A 30 DAY'.Then i think the number of useless nd abusing room will be reduse.....

Frnds plz give ur opinion about thus kind of room nd any other idea about how to reduce thus kind of useless nd abusing room.........

every users can create chatrooms
so, chatrooms amount will increase day by day

mig33 rooms does have a system like this. i dont remember the right time. but room does automatically gets deleted by mig33 after a limited time if not used

If a room is inactive for 30 days it will be deleted. This idea is already incorperated dear great thinking though

but its really bad n ifeel sorry for those people who do this
