Advertising through PM is no more tolerated !

hi all,

Presently we're having some complains from some active members that they are getting invitation to other forum ( mig33 based) which appears to be irritating to them.

We have restriction on it according to forum rules. Advertisement wont be tolerated even by PM. some users have been inviting users to their site disregarding our forum rules and forum. some of them got warned couple of times. But still they dont care and are not showing any respect to forum rules. we prefer not to have such users who just come to this forum to advertise and disturb users. So we are gonna make the rule more strict regarding this issue.

from now on once we find any one advertising through PM we will have them banned right away.

so keep it in mind Advertising = instant ban..

i didnt mind any1 to send any invitation to me....infact i took it as a matter of priority given to me....

well...you may not mind as you mentioned above but we won't tolerate that

on top of that...i have noticed few members giving their own site's link in their profile

Well thats a nice move because these invites are really annoying.

Users are also requested not to put other sites' link in their profile and signature field. Its prohibited according to forum rules.

i thinks its ok in profile if its not related mig site
in profile site named should be allowed except mig site
what u all suggest about this???

if it does not relate mig33 then we have no complaints.

But we found some users users their signature and profile as advertisement which are not expected.

i dnt know abt any other mig33 sites
